averia was founded in 2023 in Switzerland after reflecting on the current state of the gaming peripherals industry. From this reflection came forth the realization that the current offering for cutting-edge, high-performance peripherals was limited to the gaming market and its extremely strong design language. Acknowledging the fact that the gaming industry is now more mature than ever with a growing aging demographic, we thought about how could the technology in this hardware segment could be transposed into a more luxurious mindset, going away from the black and white plastics and RGB color LEDs. Thus providing an alternative for amateurs of beautiful design needing qualitative tools for their day-to-day activities.

By innovating through its design, averia aims to provide an alternative to amateurs of great design requiring tools with cutting-edge performance. In order to achieve this lofty goal, we aim to select only the best materials possible to manufacture products with a strong design rationale, industry-leading performance and great longevity.

We are starting with a mouse but this is only just the beginning. Once this first step is complete, we want to create other beautiful peripherals such as keyboards, headsets, controllers, sound systems, monitors, PC components and VR headsets.
